Terms Of Service

TERMS OF SERVICE AND END USER LICENSING AGREEMENT ("EULA").

  1. Use of Information. Dibbs will not use or collect personal information for the purposes of spam, solicitation, or any other use not explicitly permitted by the End User.  Dibbs will not give personal information to other parties.  All information is exclusively used for providing services requested by the End User, to the End User.
  2. Copyrighted Content is Provided Under License.  Event Information provided in the form such as it is, represents unique content generated and/or uniquely processed by Dibbs.  All Event Information is copyrighted by Dibbs and neither provided nor published publicly, but rather only given directly to End Users and customers of Dibbs under confidentiality within the context of the End User Licensing Agreement relationship.
  3. Permitted Licensed Use of Event Information and Legal Protections Against Unlicensed Use Thereof.  Event Information compiled by the Dibbs Service utilizes a variety of systems, some of which are provided to Dibbs under strict confidentiality agreements and/or licenses which may contain nondistribution provisions.  Dibbs provides End User with Event Information for personal use and viewing under the condition the End User accepts the provisions that all event information is confidential and for personal use and viewing only, and not to be publicly distributed.  Inasmuch as the information provided to End User is generated by proprietary systems under license from intellectual property licensor(s) and protected under U.S. Patent Law, the unauthorized distribution of information generated thereby qualifies as unlicensed use and/or imitation of the methods used to generate such information.  Use of Event Information for any other purpose than personal viewing and personal use is strictly prohibited by Dibbs, its Licensor Partner(s), U.S. Copyright Law, U.S. Patent Law, and is civilly protected under contract law by the terms and conditions of this licensing agreement.  Prohibited use of Event Information includes the unlicensed distribution of such information to any other entity commercial or non-commercial, or supplying Event Information to others who subsequently use and/or distribute that Event Information digitally or in print.
  4. Use as Implicit Agreement to EULA and Reserved Rights to Change of Terms of EULA.  Use of the Dibbs Service is an implicit agreement with this EULA.  Future Terms of the EULA may be altered by Dibbs at its discretion, such that the actual EULA in effect at any moment in time, is the EULA as it is posted on the website at that moment in time.
